Hirely Martinez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the head of the Integrative TMS Program at Advantage TMS, a Florida-based mental health center specializing in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy. With a unique approach that combines TMS with behavioral and cognitive therapy, Hirely provides personalized, compassionate care to patients struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, and other mental health challenges.

Her work focuses on direct patient care, ongoing research in TMS therapy, and training the next generation of mental health professionals. Hirely is passionate about creating inclusive, culturally competent care, particularly for the LGBTQ+ community, and has dedicated her career to improving mental health access and outcomes.
